Viticulture: Viticulture: Result of harvesting dehydrated grapes that contains a high concentration of sugars harvested at the end of November. The result is mixed with a wine aged from different harvests.
Soil: Licorella. Small sheets of slate that gives a pronounced mineral character to the wines. The vineyards are located on steep slopes and terraces.
Varieties: Carinyena, Garnatxa i Syrah.
Elaboration: A part of the sugar is fermented until reaching 17 degrees of alcohol with a concentration of sugars around 80 grams.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, it presents aromas of dried apricots, citrus peel, orange, grapefruit. In the mouth, it presents a lot of volumes, persistent and with an acidity that compensates for its fatty content, a very sweet combination.
