Elaboration: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with native yeasts. Long maceration 25-30 days. Soft pressing. 20 months of aging in barrels. 4 months in bottle rack.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red color, bright, with a high aromatic intensity. A very complex nose with aromas of wild red fruits, vanilla and spicy. In the mouth it is long, persistent, its tannin id fine and elegant, the acidity is very well integrated as well as the impact of the barrel, which gives it its sensation of roundness.
