Viticulture: Manual Harvest. The trellis conducton system is used for the majority of the strains, with a short pruning looking for a balanced production and vegetative development without too many interventions.
Soil: Licorella. Small sheets of slate that gives a pronounced mineral character to the wines. The vineyards are located on steep slopes and terraces.
Varieties: Cariñena Negra, Garnacha Negra, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Elaboration: Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged in French oak for 14 months.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, it is mineral, fresh, elegant, powerful, blackberry, cherry, and cocoa. In the mouth, it has a medium persistence, an elegant and smooth tannin, a good balance between the varietal part and its aging in the barrel.
